The Company, binds itself to allow the Individual to access all the personal and sensitive data held and processed by the Company after the Individual makes a request for access in writing that effect.

7.2 Right to Withdraw Consent:

The Company binds itself to allow the Individual to withdraw its consent for the processing of its data and opt out at any time. Once the Individual withdraws its consent, the Company will no longer process the Individual’s data.

The Company binds itself to allow the Individual to request modification of all the personal and sensitive data held and processed by the Company.

 

7.4 Right to Erasure (‘right to be forgotten’):

The Company binds itself to allow the Individual to request to remove all the personal and sensitive data held and processed by the Company.

 

7.5 Right to restriction of processing:

The Company binds itself to allow the Individual to request to withdrawal from a particular activities.

 

7.6 Right to data portability:

The Company binds itself to allow the Individual to request a copy of personal and sensitive data held and processed by the Company.

 

7.7 Right to object:

The Company binds itself to allow the Individual to request to withdrawal from all future activities and the removal of all personal and sensitive data held and processed by the Company.

 

7.8 Data retention:

The Company binds itself to retain the data for a maximum period of one (1) year. Should the Individual not opt-in and consent all data will be deleted within one (1) month.

The Individual also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Information and Data Protection Commissioner in Malta as the data protection supervisory authority.
