Objective

Complitech approached Growth Gurus to help establish their online presence through a new website and increase their exposure through a dedicated brand awareness campaign.

Having established itself in the betting and gaming space as the leading full service regulatory and technical compliance provider, Maxima Compliance wanted to extend its service offering by providing gaming suppliers the ability to enter regulated markets faster and more efficiently.

Our Approach

Working off a subscription model, Complitech allows suppliers to effortlessly monitor and conduct gap analysis on technical compliance requirements from various jurisdictions. As Complitech was still relatively unknown amongst our target market, we knew we had to:

Workshop & website and campaign strategy

  • We started with a half-day discovery workshop to really dive deep into the long term goals, values, audiences of the business.
  • The results allowed us to create an in depth website strategy, geared towards helping Complitech reach its goals. We focused on their sitemap, creative concepts, colour palettes and taglines.
  • Upon completion of the website, we also mapped out Complitech’s campaign on how they will increase their brands exposure and generate new leads through a dedicated Linkedin campaign.

  • Our first step to launching Complitech online was the development of their new website
  • Backend System integrated with website – Seamless experience for the user to access their account through their website
  • Automated CRM – allowing Complitech to segment and act on their leads
  • Cost Saving Calculator – on-demand feature to help act as a lead generation magnet
  • Simplification and development of value proposition, tailored to their audience

Brand Awareness Campaign

  • Dedicated Linkedin campaign focused on increasing exposure and generating news leads
  • Audience research and segmentation – focused on C Levels, Product Owners and Compliance iGaming Suppliers
