Giving Back

At Growth Gurus we love to give back and help out wherever possible. We do not exist simply to work and achieve results – but also to leave a positive impact on the world we live in.

Our corporate social responsibility programme includes our pioneering 52NGO Initiavite as well as continually supporting or having supported the following incredible initiatives:


The Bubble NGO

Over the past 4 years, we developed and managed their festival website and supported with marketing strategy, graphic design, social media management, and digital advertising to attract volunteers and sell tickets. We’ve helped the Bubble raise almost €80,000 for charitable causes.


Mission of Love

Meet Racel, he lives in the Philippines. Through the Mission of Love, we are blessed with the opportunity of sponsoring Racel through his education – covering the costs for his nutrition and school supplies. Josh (our CEO) went over to spend some time with Racel in March 2020 and helped out at the school.


Wave of Change

The Wave of Change team is on a mission to raise awareness, create WaveMakers encouraging people to sign the pledge and pick up plastic. We joined forces with real-life superhero, Neil Aguis, sponsoring their brand development and website, supported by the #WaveOfChange social campaign. Malta, the time for change is now.


CBW Awards

The glass ceiling is one we would like to smash through. We instantly took the opportunity of supporting the Business Women Awards organized by The Commonwealth in the week of CHOGM. We built an online portal through which businesswomen could be nominated for the awards. Cara, Josh, and Alex also attended the awards night in London and presented an award.


Growth Academy

Guru academy opened its doors to provide free training and on the job experience for our candidates. All of whom passed and either still work for Growth Gurus or have found a great job to help them evolve their skills. We have since put almost 20 people through our Guru Academy at no charge, investing in their future.


Polar Conservation

We developed and executed a long term content strategy by working with Polar Conservation experts to provide free information to students, teachers and polar enthusiasts across the globe. Helping raise awareness for what it takes to conserve the wildlife in the polar regions and helping raise funds.
