Role Description:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, driven individual who is excited about sales!

The right person understands the huge benefits that Branding, Web Development and Digital Marketing provide to companies and can communicate it in an enticing and clear manner.

We service clients across the EU, UK and the US, while being based in Malta. We are continuously expanding our market reach and are looking for someone that is well-spoken in the English language. Our ideal candidate is social, a connector by nature and excited to grow their network and knowledge base in the digital sphere.

This is a hands-on role, working with our Head of Sales & Marketing to execute our sales plan, prospect clients in target niches, attend local and international industry events with the goal of generating new sales for our Branding, Web, Marketing and Consultancy services. You will also be responsible for managing and keeping Pipedrive up to date with your deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute sales plan
  • Develop prospecting plans
  • Prospect potential clients
  • Qualify marketing leads
  • Evaluate right-fit clients
  • Run discovery calls
  • Provide feedback to Marketing Executive on MQLs
  • Attend industry events
  • Generate sales qualified leads
  • Execute intentional sales process
  • Create and Send Proposals or SOWs
  • Negotiate & close deals
  • Manage sales pipeline in Pipedrive
  • Weekly updates and monthly reports for Head of Sales & Marketing
  • Report on sales tactics and provide feedback to Head of Sales & Marketing
  • Work with the Growth Planner on VIP leads and onboard them for strategy calls
  • Work with the Growth Planner to negotiate VIP Deals
  • Identify new trends in the market based on client requests
  • Post Mortem on Lost Deals and update Head of Sales & Marketing
  • Introduce and onboard new clients with the production team
  • Ensure a consistent pipeline of warm leads
  • Reaching sales targets

How you’ll score with us:

  • Proven Sales Track Record. It would be so awesome if you show us how you’ve reached your quarterly / yearly targets
  • 1 year minimum in a role or education relevant to Digital Marketing with applicable knowledge of our products
  • 3 years in a Sales Position (either Tech or Marketing)
  • You are goal-oriented; sales driven with a growth mindset
  • CRM Experience
  • Having a good network in the EU, UK and the US will be an asset

Our selection process:

  • We will shortlist a number of candidates that meet the criteria set for the role and conduct a round of first interviews, to assess the culture fit and validate the experience and suitability for the role.
  • A small number of these candidates will progress to a final detailed interview with a Director.
  • A decision will be taken after a rigorous assessment of these final candidates.
