We’re looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Manager to lead the development and implementation of our digital strategies for our marketing clients. You’ll be working with a team of highly collaborative individuals who love what they do!

Role Description:

As the Digital Marketing Manager, your role is to manage teams of highly skilled marketing executives while overseeing their work and ensuring it is done to the highest possible standard. You will be responsible for coming up with the advertising strategy to help achieve our client’s goals. Working across a multitude of platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Google and Programmatic Display. 

Each month, you will act as the main lead in delivering results to the client and sharing your insights on how we can improve their marketing efforts.  You will be responsible for creating the report, gathering the relevant data, communicating your findings and delivering your key insights to the client.

You will oversee the execution teams while working closely with the Head of Department to ensure that we are delivering and on track to reach our goals. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading, managing and holding your team accountable. 
  • Planning digital marketing campaigns, including Paid Social, SEO/SEM, email, social and social media. 
  • Strategic planning of all advertising campaigns. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Creating media buying budget plans and recommendations.
  • Tech set up including platforms, report structure, pixels. 
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Lead the client reports on marketing performance through written reports and communicated verbally.
  • Manage a team of media buyers and executives responsible for executing. 
  • Weekly updates with Head of Marketing to ensure marketing progress.
  • Lead the testing phase and ensure digital activity is set up properly.
  • Be a trusted advisor and identify opportunities for mutually beneficial growth of the Growth Gurus and Client relationship.
  • Create briefs and communicate with media team to deliver marketing assets.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

How you’ll score with us:

  • Proven working experience in digital marketing.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Solid knowledge of Google Analytics, and experience using Facebook Ads Manager, Linkedin Campaign Manager and Google Ads.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Supermetrics, Google data studio a big plus.
  • Proven 2+ years of experience as Marketing Manager or a similar role.

Our selection process:

  • We will shortlist a number of candidates that meet the criteria set for the role and conduct a round of first interviews, to assess the culture fit and validate the experience and suitability for the role.
  • A small number of these candidates will progress to a final detailed interview with a Director.
  • A decision will be taken after a rigorous assessment of these final candidates.
